Handling accessibility requests and complaints
If you encounter any problem with the digital accessibility of our website, you can contact me. My name is Slawomir Niesłony and you can write to me at s.nieslony@tarnowskiegory.pl or call me on +48 32 3933650.
Write to me with your request for digital accessibility. Provide your details, that is, your name and how to contact you. For example, by email or telephone. Of course, you must then provide an e-mail address or telephone number. Also tell us exactly what the accessibility problem is.
You can also request alternative access that is most convenient for you. For example, to read an inaccessible letter or to describe the content of a video.
We will try to deal with the matter as quickly as possible, although please note that this may take up to 7 days. If the matter proves difficult and I find out that I will not be able to make it in that time, I will let you know before the 7 days expire. I will inform you how long it may take to ensure digital accessibility. It may take up to 2 months, but no longer.
If it turns out that it is not possible to provide accessibility, I will offer you alternative access. This has been previously described. You can agree or disagree to this.
If it happens that I refuse to provide you with accessibility or alternative access, you can make a complaint. In your complaint, describe the whole situation and send it to my institution.
If this also does not help and you have exhausted these options, you can write to the Ombudsman.
