Running a restaurant is both economic and ecological. Every dish in our restaurant is a summary of the work of the farmer, the grower, the chef as well as the entire team.
Our aim is to maximise the use of the product with the least possible generation of
waste. This is a difficult process that requires constant improvement.

We are a place that focuses on Polish cuisine and Polish products, but we draw inspiration from the heritage of many cultures, traditions, travel and, above all, from people, because the restaurant is created by the people who attend it.
