Supplementary intake for kindergartens 2026/2027

The supplementary recruitment for kindergartens will start on 19 May and will be carried out - as before - exclusively via the electronic system.

The enrolment for more than 90 vacancies in Tarnogórska city kindergartens will take place at https://naborp-kandydat.vulcan.net.pl/tarnowskiegory.

Recruitment dates

  • Start of recruitment: 19 May 2026.
  • Completion of applications: 22 May 2026 by 3 p.m.
  • Deadline for delivery of the printed application to the kindergarten of first choice: by 22 May 2026.

The application must be completed electronically, then printed and delivered to the kindergarten indicated as first on the preference list. Failure to submit the application to the kindergarten means that you cannot participate in the recruitment.

Children residing in the area of Tarnowskie Góry Municipality are admitted to public kindergartens.

Detailed criteria and recruitment schedule are presented below.

  1. Recruitment criteria - first stage of recruitment proceedings

Criteria binding at the first stage of recruitment proceedings for public kindergartens in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2016. Education Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043 as amended). The criteria are taken into account jointly and have equal value.

1. Large family size in a candidate'sfamily (this means a family raising three or more children - Article 4, point 42 of the Education Law Act) Declaration of a large number of children in the candidate's family

Candidate's disability Certificate on the need for special education issued on the grounds of disability, disability certificate or certificate on the degree of disability or an equivalent certificate within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of the Disabled of 27.08.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 913 as amended).
3. Disability of one of the candidate's parents

5. Disability of a sibling
6. Single parenthood (means that the child is being brought up by a single parent, a bachelor, a widow, a widower, a legally separated parent, a divorced parent, unless such a person is raising at least one child together with the child's parent - Article 4, point 43 of the Education Law Act), A legally valid judgment of a family court pronouncing a divorce or separation, or a death certificate as well as a declaration of raising a child alone and not raising any child together with its parent
7. Placing the candidate in foster care Document confirming that a child has been taken into foster care in accordance with the Act of 09.06.2011 on supporting the family and the foster care system (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 49 as amended).
  1. Recruitment criteria - stage II of the recruitment procedure

Criteria valid at the second stage of recruitment proceedings for public kindergartens, their point values and documents necessary to confirm meeting the criteria, in accordance with the Resolution No. XXXVI/392/2017 of the Town Council in Tarnowskie Góry of 27 April 2017.
