Adam Hajduga, Ph.D. - sociologist and recognised expert and enthusiast of industrial heritage, graduate of the University of Silesia. For the fourth term he is Vice President of the European Route of Industrial Heritage (ERIH), one of the key Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe. Co-founder and long-term coordinator of the award-winning Industrial Monuments Route of the Silesian Voivodeship and the INDUSTRIADA festival - the largest event devoted to industrial heritage in Central and Eastern Europe. Former Deputy Director of the Museum of Metallurgy in Chorzów, which he co-founded and co-managed from the beginning of the institution's existence. The permanent exhibition 'Kingdom of Iron', prepared under his co-direction, was awarded in the Sibyl 2021 competition as one of the three best new museum exhibitions in Poland. Since 2025, Director of the cultural institution "Staszic Shaft in Tarnowskie Góry", managing the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Staszic Waterworks Station". Expert and consultant on international heritage and cultural tourism projects. Jury member of the architectural competition for the currently revitalised "Great Furnace of the Peace Steelworks" in Ruda Śląska. Academic lecturer and author of scientific publications. Strongly connected to Upper Silesia - its history, identity and future.

Moderation: Sylwester Strzałkowski - graduate of art history at the Catholic University of Lublin, radio and television journalist, editor of Radio eM in Katowice for 20 years. Currently works at the Silesian Centre for Freedom and Solidarity in Katowice. A native of Tarnogórz, associated with the "Dziedzictwo" Association.
