Notice regarding the commencement of work on the preparation of a local spatial development plan for the area around Bytomska and Feliksa Piestraka Streets in Tarnowskie Góry, together with the conduct of a strategic environmental impact assessment.

Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 538, as subsequently amended) and Article 39(1), in conjunction with Article 46(1)(1) and Article 54(2) and (3) of the Act of 3 October 2008 on access to information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 670, as amended), we hereby give notice that the Tarnowskie Góry Town Council has adopted Resolution No. VI/61/2024 of 25 September 2024 concerning the commencement of work on a local spatial development plan for the area around Bytomska and Feliksa Piestraka Streets in Tarnowskie Góry, covering the areas within the boundaries marked on the graphic annex to the aforementioned resolution, together with the conduct of a strategic environmental impact assessment

Interested parties may submit proposals regarding the aforementioned local plan:
‒ in paper form to the following address: Tarnowskie Góry Town Hall, 2 H. Sienkiewicza Street or 4 Rynek Street, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry;
‒ electronically to: urbanistyka@um.tgory.pl;
‒ electronically via electronic means of communication to the e-Delivery address
: AE:PL-50535-24981-ITRTU-21;
‒ using the form available in the Public Information Bulletin
of the Tarnowskie Góry Town Hall under the tab: spatial
planning, and at the Town Planning Department of the Town Hall in room 51,
ul. H. Sienkiewicza 2, 1st floor, during office hours.

The application should include the applicant’s surname, first name or company name and residential address or registered office, the subject of the application and the identification of the property to which it relates.

The necessary documentation, compiled at this stage of the strategic environmental impact assessment procedure in relation to the adopted resolution, may be inspected at the Town Hall in Tarnowskie Góry, 2 Henryka Sienkiewicza Street, room 51, 1st floor, during office hours.
Comments and observations regarding the environmental impact assessment prepared as part of the strategic environmental impact assessment may be submitted:
‒ in writing to the registry office of the Tarnowskie Góry Town Hall, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry, ul. H. Sienkiewicza 2 or Rynek 4,
‒ orally for the record – at the Town Planning Department of the Tarnowskie Góry Town Hall at ul. H. Sienkiewicza 2, room no. 51 (1st floor),
‒ by electronic means without the need for a qualified electronic signature

Applications and comments must be submitted by 17 November 2026.
