Do you have a little energetic first, second or third grader who won't sit still for 5 minutes? Great! REGISTRATION for free general sports activities "Movement is health", implemented as part of the "ABC of Movement" project co-financed by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, is now open!

What is this programme?

It is 100% movement and 0% boredom! The classes take place in the Sports Hall at 8 Obwodnica Street and are aimed at pupils in primary school classes I - III. The focus is on a healthy spine, a fit body, weight prevention and... a smile from ear to ear! In groups of 20, classes with an instructor will be held on individual days.
