We invite children from Tarnowskie Góry to take part in the Sports Day Camps organised at the Sports Hall. The programme is co-funded by the Tarnowskie Góry Local Authority.

As part of the day camp, participants will have access to the Sports Hall’s many facilities, including the main arena, squash courts, a climbing wall and the Water Park’s swimming pools. The programme also includes art classes, team-building games and board games. Experienced activity leaders and instructors will ensure the children’s safety, guaranteeing an active holiday and many unforgettable experiences.

Who can take part?

Only children residing in Tarnowskie Góry who hold a valid “Tarnowskie Góry Resident Card” may be enrolled in the day camp. The day camp is intended for children born between 2011 and 2018.

Dates and organisation

The day camps will run throughout the summer holidays in nine one-week sessions. Each session runs from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm. The cost of taking part in one session is PLN 200. The price includes a packed lunch and water.

Registration

Registration will be conducted online only. Places are limited.

A link to the registration forms will be published on 16 June 2026 at 9.30 am on the website www.parkwodny.com.pl in the ‘News’ section, in an article entitled:

“REGISTRATION FOR SPORTS DAY CAMPS AT THE SPORTS HALL – SUMMER 2026”

A separate registration form will be prepared for each session. Please check the dates you select carefully.

One form allows you to register one child. The forms will remain active until all available places are filled. Once they are full, a message will appear stating that no further registrations can be accepted.

What happens after submitting the form?

Once the form has been correctly completed and submitted, a message confirming the submission of your application will appear on the screen.

Within 3 calendar days of submitting the form, you must:

• submit the full set of required documents to the Sports Hall Customer Service Office,
• pay the fee for participation in the camp,
• present your child’s valid “Tarnowskie Góry Resident Card”.

Please note that simply submitting the form does not guarantee your child’s place on the day camp. Participation is subject to meeting the requirements set out in the terms and conditions and the timely submission of the required documents.

Information required for registration

When completing the form, please have the following details ready:

• the parent’s/guardian’s email address,
• parent’s/guardian’s first name and surname,
• parent/guardian’s telephone number,
• child’s first name and surname,
• the child’s date of birth,
• child’s PESEL number.

Waiting list

A waiting list will be opened at the same time as registration. Should a place become available on the chosen camp session, the organiser will contact parents by telephone.
