The celebration of the youngest does not have to end on the first of June. The Tarnogórskie Centrum Kultury proves it by inviting whole families to the next edition of Children's Day. This coming weekend, 6 - 8 June, a rich programme full of creative workshops, games and special shows awaits the inhabitants.

The event has been planned for two days, and the fun will last from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. On Saturday (6 June), the centre of attractions will be located in the main building of TCK in the Centre, at 7 Jana III Sobieskiego St. On the other hand, on Sunday (7 June), the joyful celebration will move to the TCK branch in Opatowice, located at 9 Pastuszki St.

The organisers have made sure that no one will complain of boredom. The space of both facilities will be divided into various zones. Colourful stands and creative workshops will be waiting for participants. Children will be able to take part in numerous animations, go wild on the much-loved inflatables or spend time in the special toddler zone, aimed at developing sensory play. There will be table games for those with a passion for quieter entertainment, and a relaxation zone for carers.

The event programme will be enriched by special guests. A real treat for participants will be a police show, featuring a police car, motorbike and service dog. A good dose of exercise will be provided by entertainers from the Aquapark, who will lead games and sports activities.

During a break from the fun, the visitors will be able to enjoy the catering area (available for an additional charge). Classic treats such as candyfloss, popcorn, ice cream and refreshing lemonade will be on offer. In turn, aromatic coffee will await parents.

Saturday's programme will be topped off with a special cinema offer. At exactly 1:15 p.m., a special film screening of "Heidi rescues Lynx" will begin at the Giant Cinema. Tickets for this screening, at a symbolic price of 5 PLN, can be purchased at the TCK box office and via the facility's website.
