At its meeting on Wednesday, the Town Council adopted a resolution to establish the Tarnowskie Góry Youth Town Council and to grant it a charter. The next step lies with the provincial governor. The resolution will come into force 14 days after its publication in the Official Journal of the Province.

A team of city councillors, supported by staff from our City Council, worked on the statutes of the Tarnowskie Góry Youth City Council, an advisory and initiative-taking body of the local government. Public consultations, in which every resident of our town could take part, lasted for almost the whole of September.

On Wednesday, during the council session, councillors adopted a resolution to establish the Tarnowskie Góry Youth City Council and to adopt its charter. Following the publication of the resolution in the Official Journal of the Province, we must wait a further 14 days for the resolution to come into force.
