The Mayor of the City of Tarnowskie Góry announces the commencement of public consultations on the draft General Plan of the City of Tarnowskie Góry together with the explanatory memorandum and the environmental impact forecast.

• Collection of comments on the draft General Plan: from 5 June to 10 July 2026.
• Collection of submissions and comments on the Environmental Impact Assessment, as part of the Strategic Environmental Assessment: from 5 June to 10 July 2026.
• Designers' duty hours at the Municipal Office in Tarnowskie Góry, ul. H. Sienkiewicza 2, on the first floor, room no. 39:
  • 18 June 2026 from 15:30 to 17:30,
  • 19 June 2026 from 16:00 to 18:00,
  • 24 June 2026 from 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

• Open meetings preceded by a presentation of the draft master plan:
  • 15 June 2026 at 17:00 at the Municipal Office in Tarnowskie Góry, 2 H. Sienkiewicza Street, first floor, room no. 40,
  • 22 June 2026 at 17:00 remotely, Online meeting via ZOOM platform, with simultaneous transmission of video and audio, and with the possibility to ask questions in text form. Join the online meeting.

The draft General Plan of the City of Tarnowskie Góry, together with the explanatory memorandum, the prognosis of the impact on the environment and the list of applications to the draft General Plan can be consulted:

• in the Municipal Office in Tarnowskie Góry, ul. H. Sienkiewicza 2, 42- 600 Tarnowskie Góry, in room number 46, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., during the public consultation,
• in the Public Information Bulletin of the Municipal Office in Tarnowskie Góry (from June 3).

How can comments on the draft general plan be submitted?

Comments should be submitted to the Mayor of the City of Tarnowskie Góry only on the form - "Letter concerning the spatial planning act". It is available:

• at the Municipal Office in Tarnowskie Góry, at 2 H. Sienkiewicza St., 42- 600 Tarnowskie Góry, in room number 46, during office hours:
• • Monday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m,
  • Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• in the Public Information Bulletin of the Municipal Office in Tarnowskie Góry.

We provide the opportunity for public participation in the proceedings within the framework of the strategic environmental impact assessment of the effects of the implementation of the above-mentioned draft general plan of the city of Tarnowskie Góry, with the possibility to read the necessary documentation of the case, at the place and time limits specified above.

Data on the documents are placed in the publicly accessible register of data on documents containing information about the environment and its protection.

Applications and comments in the proceedings concerning the strategic environmental impact assessment of the abovementioned draft general plan together with the environmental impact forecast may be submitted within the time limit specified above:

• in writing or orally into minutes at the Municipal Office in Tarnowskie Góry at ul. H. Sienkiewicza 2, 42- 600 Tarnowskie Góry, in room number 46, during office hours,
• by means of electronic communication without the need for a qualified electronic signature.

Important information

Comments submitted after the required deadline, i.e. after 10 July 2026, will not be considered.
The body competent to consider comments is the Mayor of the City of Tarnowskie Góry.

The list referred to in Article 21(1) of the Act of 3 October 2008 on providing information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments.
