Come and breathe in the scent of petrol and a breath of history, because this coming Sunday, 20 September 2026, the streets of our region will be taken over by true road legends, chrome-plated classics and priceless motoring gems. We invite all lovers of classic cars to the 12th Tarnowskie Góry Vintage Car Rally.

The event will kick off at the Liberation Mound in Piekary Śląskie, where, between 8.00 am and 9.30 am, there will be crew registration and the official opening of the event. The programme includes a road test, a tour of the Upper Silesian Narrow-Gauge Railways and a major car exhibition in Tarnowskie Góry’s Market Square.

At 11.00 sharp, the vintage vehicles will arrive in the town centre, and until 17.00 you’ll be able to view them on the Market Square, take photos and chat to their owners.

If you have a classic car in your garage, this is great news – there are still places available. It’s well worth taking part, hitting the road and showing off your meticulously maintained gems to the public.

Until 17 September, the entry fees are 70 zł for the driver and 40 zł for each additional passenger. From 17 September and on the day of the event, the entry fee is 80 zł per driver and 50 zł per passenger.
