Climbing and a truly special night in a sleeping bag!

A night full of adventure awaits us!

Does your child dream of spending the night away from home in a unique setting? Or perhaps they’d like to try their hand at climbing and experience something truly out of the ordinary? A sleepover at the Cliff is a combination of sport, fun and an unforgettable adventure! Climbing, team-building games, evening stories and a night’s sleep… on the climbing wall!

This is a unique offer aimed at children aged 7–14 who want to try their hand at climbing, learn the basics of outdoor activities and experience an unforgettable night in a sleeping bag – in the extraordinary setting of Klif.

During the evening, participants will learn basic climbing techniques, take part in team-building games and activities, gain knowledge about outdoor activities, and spend the night in an atmosphere of adventure and sport.

Organisational details:

Date: 25 September (8.00 pm) – 26 September (8.00 am)
Number of places: maximum 16 participants
Registration: by purchasing a special pass in the Customer Zone or at the Sports Hall Customer Service Desk by 22 September 2026
Supervision: instructors – Kamil Liwocha and Julia Szczepańska

As part of the event, we provide:

dinner (Margarita pizza, 0.5 litres per person of soft drink, 1.5 litres per person of water).
accommodation in the bouldering area
supervision by instructors and an activity programme.

What to bring:
Participants should bring the following themselves:

a sleeping mat, a sleeping bag, a pillow,
a head torch,
personal items (pyjamas, tracksuit, a change of shoes),
climbing gear,
optional: water and extra snacks.

Event schedule:

20:00–20:30 – start, storing belongings in lockers, safety briefing
20:30–22:00 – climbing, ice-breaker games and activities
22:00–22:30 – dinner together in the birthday room
10.30 pm–11.00 pm – evening wash-up
11.00 pm–midnight – climbing film or themed stories (outdoor)
00:00–07:00 – quiet hours
07:00–08:00 – morning stretching / yoga + climbing
08:00 – collection of children
