free classes incorporating elements of corrective gymnastics

Do you have a lively little Year 1, Year 2 or Year 3 pupil at home who can’t sit still for five minutes? That’s brilliant! On 4 September, registration opens for the free, all-round sports classes ‘Movement is Health’, run as part of the ‘ABC of Movement’ project, co-funded by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.

What is this programme?

It’s 100% exercise and 0% boredom! The sessions take place at the Sports Hall at 8 Obwodnica Street and are aimed at pupils in Years 1–3 of primary school. We focus on a healthy spine, a fit body, preventing excess weight and… a smile from ear to ear! Classes with an instructor will take place on specific days in groups of 20.
